Jesmond Dene is located 1 mile east of Newcastle upon Tyne, just off the A1058 Newcastle to Tynemouth Coast Road. Jesmond Dene is a Victorian Park set in the Valley of the River Ouse. It was conceived and planted by Lord Armstrong who lived at his estate at Cragside, Northumberland. The park features a pets corner, a waterfall, a watermill and beautiful planting, which can be seen from a network of paths and bridges.
